Where Inspiration Meets Education!
Academic Tutoring and Life Coaching
Welcome!
I have been working with youth audiences for over two decades and love every minute of it. I am here to share the knowledge I have gained over time and am available to support youth and adults in any way I can.
While I LOVE teaching, I haven’t always been a teacher. Before I started formally teaching, I was an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Even during my time in the military, my favorite part of my job was when I got to teach. After my time in the Air Force, I taught at J. Williams Elementary and at Duval Early Learning Academy in Gainesville, FL; The Lebanese Cedar School in Monrovia, Liberia; and The GLOBE Academy as well as The Museum School in Atlanta, GA.
In addition to my tutoring and life coaching, I also volunteer with a veteran service organization called the Travis Manion Foundation. I facilitate our positive psychology seminar and our Character Does Matter youth mentoring program.

FREE OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH THE TRAVIS MANION FOUNDATION:
The Travis Manion Foundation is a veteran-service organization dedicated to empowering veterans and families of fallen heroes to develop character in future generations. There isn't much that could get me to leave the classroom, but I deeply believe in the mission of TMF and have seen the powerful impact their youth mentoring curriculum has had on my students over the 5 years I hosted them in my classroom.
If you are someone who works with a youth audience such as a teacher or a coach (or anyone who works with groups of youth in anyway) and you are interested in bringing our FREE Character Does Matter program to your students, you can reach out to me at erica.marsh@travismanion.com.
TMF also offers a FREE 2-hr adult seminar called Leading With Your Strengths (LWYS). This seminar is great for any adult audience! For example, we can support corporate leaders who want to build a stronger team; teachers who want to build stronger relationships with students, families, and colleagues; or even college students looking for character and leadership guidance before entering the professional world. You can reach out to me at erica.marsh@travismanion.com for more information and to schedule a LWYS seminar.
TMF has no official partnership with International Inspiration.
